Scrapbook Albums are available in different sizes, commonly 12" x 12" is the size of paper used therefore the albums are designed to accommodate this size. Inside the album are Page Protectors it is into these that we insert our Layout or Page with our photos and decoration on.  There are commonly 10 pages in an album that allows for 20 layouts as you use display on both sides of the page protector.  Albums are designed to allow you to add more pages.  Page Protectors can be bought separately.  The style of album can be D ring (like an office file) or Post Bound where one simply unscrews the binding to then fit more pages in.
