Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. (Please remember to put on your house number or house name)
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo and Meastro cards. We are sorry we cannot accept American Express. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

If you use a VISA card to pay for your order you will be directed to a website service called Verified By Visa. Verified by Visa allows you to add a personal password to increase security while shopping online. Since your card is protected by a prsonal password ONLY you can use your card online.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Your Right of Cancellation
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to The Scrapbook Shop by letter, fax or email, giving details of the items ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient.
If you exercise your right of cancellation after the items have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning them to The Scrapbook Shop at your own cost. The items must be returned to the address above. You must take reasonable care to ensure the items are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.
Once you have notified The Scrapbook Shop that you are cancelling the contract, The Scrapbook Shop will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the items. If you do not return the goods as required, The Scrapbook Shop may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the items.
Shipping And Handling All Packages are sent via Royal Mail.
For all UK orders, we charge a flat rate of £2.95 to cover postage and packing. Packages are usually posted First Class. Heavy packages are posted using economy shipping.
For International orders, shipping is charged at cost. When the order is placed a nominal shipping cost included in your order. If the actual cost is less than the figure quoted, then we will issue a refund for the overpayment. If the actual postage cost is greater than the figure quoted, then we will contact you to confirm the shipping value before your order is dispatched.
Delivery Schedule We endeavour to despatch all orders promptly. No waiting 28 days for delivery.
If paying by cheque, we will allow 4 working days for your cheque to clear before despatching the order.
The majority of parcels are dispatched by First Class Royal Mail within the UK. Delivery time should be one to two working days after leaving our premises. However, The Scrapbook Shop is not liable for the service (or lack of) by Royal Mail or any courier/mail service we use. A package is not deemed "lost" by Royal Mail until 15 working days has passed after the posting date. If after checking with your sorting office, neighbours etc the package still hasn't arrived after 15 days, we will replace the missing goods.
Back Orders
We do not offer a Back order system. If a product is out of stock we shall email saying so, and offer an alternative if appropriate
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT at the current rate is added.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us in a re-sellable condition for a friendly, no questions asked refund. Items are returned at your expense and the P&P can not be refunded. We are unable to exchange paper/cardstock and stickers taken off the roll unless faulty.
Please contact us for a Return Authorisation Number and send to the address above. This does not affect your statutory rights.
